A short film I directed during my studies at Bournemouth University. The team members are credited in the video description. “A Feather to Remember” covers the extinction of the passenger pigeon, a once flourishing bird species with a population in the billions. Mostly due to European settlers overhunting them, their numbers dwindled until the last passenger pigeon, Martha, sat alone in her cage at the Cincinnati Zoo. She passed away on September 1, 1914.
